Ownership Structure:

Prime International has been organized as a proprietary company wholly owned by Muhammad Abul Kalam. The company was established in the year 1999 having its registered office at 149, Bangshal Road, (1st Floor), Dhaka-1100, Bangladesh. He gathered considerable experience with security products, electronics and computer hardware & software, the knowledge of which inspired him to start a computer marketing company.

Company History & Policy:

Subsequently, in order to build a more dynamic company he discontinued his association with Interpreter and built Union Computers. He assembled together a highly motivated marketing and management team who has successfully been marketing a highly technical product over the last Few years in Bangladesh.
