The Launching Ceremony of the Overseas Employment Platform (OEP) marks a significant milestone in Bangladesh’s journey toward a more transparent, efficient, and technology-driven overseas employment ecosystem.
The Overseas Employment Platform (OEP) is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, developed for the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET). The platform has been implemented in close collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh, reflecting strong international cooperation and commitment to safe and ethical labor migration.
Systech Digital Limited proudly served as the core service provider for the development and implementation of the OEP software. The platform is designed to digitize and streamline overseas employment processes, enhance transparency, reduce irregular migration risks, and improve service delivery for migrant workers and stakeholders.
